Where is Liquid Dreams Located?

The Liquid Dreams office and warehouse are located in Temecula, CA.

Do you work with other artists on collaborations?

We have a small group of artists that work directly with our founder, Chris Coughlin, on all of our pieces. At this time, we do not collab with other artists and we are not hiring any extra artists, but we love and support everyone making beautiful art in this beautiful world.

Do you have an ambassador program

Yes, and we are grateful to have many of you interested in becoming one. Unfortunately, we are not seeking out any new ambassadors at the moment. But should this change in the future, we will make that announcement.

Are you hiring?

We are not currently hiring for any positions; although we are always looking for models, MUAs, and photographers to work with in SoCal. If you are interested in working with us, please send your portfolio to support@liquiddreams.com.

Do you ever bring back old designs or products?

We do sometimes restock our banger items, if we know that they are popular enough, but we have so many new designs, so often that we need to make room for more amazing art!

What materials are the products made with?

All of our sublimation products are made with 4-way stretch eco-material that is made from recycled plastic water bottles. We care deeply about creating a more sustainable planet, and we fight to do our part for environmental justice.

Do you ever have sales?

Yes we have sales, stay updated by signing up for emails and checking our socials! We have a sale section on our website, and we have Mystery boxes, which are a great option if you are on a budget! Our products are handmade with love, one by one. We are a small business made up of a handful of people, so the cost of the products helps to cover things like labor, materials, packaging, our office space, and more. There is a lot more that goes into a small business than just the product, and we appreciate every single one of you for supporting us.

Product Care

How do I Wash my Faux fur fan holster, bucket hat, and/or jacket?

Dry clean only is recommended for all jackets. However, either of these faux fur products can be hand washed in cool water and then left air dry, avoiding direct sunlight — this will allow them to best maintain their color and overall quality for a long time!

However, should you prefer machine washing/drying for convenience, make sure your fan holster, bucket hat, and/or jacket are in a mesh bag for added protection with both the washer and dryer set on the gentle cycle. Please note, color bleeding or seam damage is more likely when machine washed.

How do I wash my blanket, tapestry, or bandana?

We recommend handwashing our blankets in cool water and then hanging them to dry out of direct sunlight — this will allow your blanket to best maintain its quality. Any sort of machine washing/drying may cause the colors to bleed or fade.

How do I clean my fan

We recommend getting a damp tissue or towelette then lightly going over the fan itself while its open — any wipes containing alcohol may cause color to distort. Then leave the fan to dry or you can simply fan yourself to speed up the process 🙂

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

It generally takes us about 3 to 5 business days to process your order and get it in the mail. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipment notification once your order is being prepared for shipment. If you need your order quickly, select Priority Shipping at checkout for 2-Day delivery, which means that it will arrive two days after USPS picks it up. All orders have the same processing time regardless of the shipping method selected.

Can I change or add an item to an existing order?

If it has been less than 24 hours since you placed your order you can make changes to your order by clicking the link at the bottom of your Order Confirmation Email or through your Customer Account Order Detail Page

Requests made over 24 hours after the order has been placed may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to help! If you need to make changes to an existing order after 24 hours, please send us an email as soon as possible at support@liquiddreams.com.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, you will be able to if we have not sent out your package yet. You can send us an email to support@dreamlandstudios.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. We often ship out the next day, so please keep this in mind!

What if I cannot find my confirmation/shipping emails?

Feel free to reach out through our support email (support@dreamlandstudios.com) so that our support team can verify that the email associated with your order is correct.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item(s), please email us at support@liquiddreams.comso we can rectify the situation. We want you to be satisfied!

Can I return or exchange the item I just ordered?

Yes, we accept items that are new, unused and in the original packaging for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery as long as they qualify as a returnable item per our return policy that you can access here.

Do you ship internationally

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated based on location and the weight of the package. Shipping is provided by USPS and we are not able to offer any discounts for shipping or negotiate rates, unfortunately. It is the responsibility of the package recipient to cover any duties and/or tariffs associated with importing goods from the United States. Customs fees vary by country and you can contact your local customs facility for more information.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we have Afterpay available if you’re on a budget!

What happens if I didn’t get a confirmation email but my account got charged

If you didn’t an order confirmation email right away, then your order didn’t go through. Depending on your bank, it will sometimes say “pending charge” even for failed payments and will deduct the money from your bank amount. However, the funds will be returned within a few business days. Contact us if you’re unsure if the order went through or not. Please make sure you check your spam folder and search for “dreamlandstudios” before emailing us!
