Please follow these steps to return your package:

• You must contact Liquid Dreams before you send your package to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#).
• Please write your issued RA# number on the outside of your return package so it can be visible and easily be viewed.
• All Returns must happen before 7 days from receiving the package.
• Returns must be returned with the original tags and package and in resalable condition.
• All pre-packed and sealed items cannot be returned if opened.
• all body stockings, panties and other items that have direct contact with the crotch area can not be returned or exchanged.
• 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned packages with an RA#.
• 15% restocking fee will be charged for all refused packages.
• 30% restocking fee will be charged for all retuned packages without and RA#.
• Shipping charges are not refundable on return packages.
• Money will be refund only 15 days of purchase (Customer receiving the product), otherwise a store credit will be issued for yournext purchase.
  
• All refused packages will be subject of shipping charge and 15% restocking fee charges.
  
• All orders cancelled before shipping will NOT BE CHARGE.
  
• The restocking fee will only be applied on the returned items and not the exchange items.
  
• All custom made items are non refundable nor exchangeable.
